Key job responsibilities
You'll lead the editorial process for AWS Support content, working closely with technical writers, support engineers, and subject matter experts. Your role will involve not just editing, but also shaping the overall content strategy to align with AWS Support objectives and customer needs.
- Elevate the quality of our technical content, ensuring it's not just accurate, but also clear, consistent, and audience-focused
- Mentor and guide a team of writers and editors, fostering a culture of excellence in technical communication
- Develop and implement editorial guidelines that set the standard for AWS Support content
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create content that addresses customer pain points and accelerates problem resolution
