a. 5- 10 years of experience as safety engineer who has good knowledge about the safety standards IEC 62368-1 and the use of safety test instruments.b. Should have practical safety test experience on consumer electronic products (handheld or otherwise)c. Work experience in ISO 17025 NABL accredited lab; Should have experience in ISO 17025 lab audit. d. Strong in verbal written communication.e. Good documentation capability to createreviewrevise SOPs, present data in a concise meaningful manner using the appropriate reporting format (Numbers / Keynote / Pages etc.) (1.) To participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client orteam to understand functional ordesign specifications ,highlight performance concerns, inconsistencies ,ensure the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in placeorkept upto date. (2.) To Identify opportunities for process improvement in testing methodologies ortools and Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process. (3.) To oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts ensuring consistency and alignment with quality standards to minimize exposure. (4.) To developorguide and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework , enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
