15+ years of relevant work experience. Proven experience leading and managing high-performing software development teams. Deep understanding of 5G Core network architecture, protocols, and functionalities. Strong experience with cloud-native technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, microservices, containers) and DevOps practices. Familiarity with 3GPP standards and relevant industry regulations. Experience with agile software development methodologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

As a Senior Technical Manager, you will lead a team of highly skilled engineers in the design, development, and delivery of our cloud-native 5G Core software. You will be responsible for:

Guide the architecture and design of the 5G Core software, ensuring alignment with 3GPP standards and cloud-native principles. Drive the adoption of best practices in cloud-native development and DevOps. Build and lead a high-performing global software development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills in cloud-native technologies and 3GPP standards. Develop a roadmap for the 5G Core software, considering evolving 3GPP standards and cloud technologies. Drive innovation in cloud-native approaches for telecom network functions. Work closely with product management, other engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with market needs and seamless integration within the broader 5G core network. Oversee the selection and implementation of cloud platforms and tools suitable for 5G Core deployment. Ensure the 5G Core software leverages cloud-native capabilities for scalability, resilience, and performance. Implement processes to ensure the 5G Core software meets telecom-grade reliability and performance standards. Ensure compliance with 3GPP specifications and relevant industry regulations. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement in cloud-native technologies and 3GPP standards. Implement metrics and KPIs to measure and enhance team productivity and software quality. Communicate effectively with senior management on project status, challenges, and resource needs. Engage with customers and partners to understand requirements and showcase the 5G Core solution.
