Education & Experience Possess BS/MS/PHD degree, and major in mechanical, aerospace engineering or related fields with backgrounds in equipment engineering applied for machine design, equipment/system integration and energy saving. Professional Engineering registration is a plus
Required Skills 20+ years’ experience in equipment design with solid backgrounds in fluid-dynamics, heat transfers, and thermal dynamics under engineering/industrial levels Excellent computer and 2D/3D CAD skills (good command of MS Office, AutoCAD and Solid Works) Familiar with thermal equipment design and fabrication such as furnace, kiln oven etc. Understand the piping and duct system design. Knowledge of combustion system design is plus. Effective listening, oral, and written communication skills in English and a major Asian language Proactive, creative, and positive as a team player to achieve project objectives with high quality. Knowledge in material selections for thermal equipment in variable process implementations
Desired Skills Multiple year experience in people development and strategic planning Rich experience in mechanical design and integration. Experience in thermal equipment engineering (e.g. heat treatment, heat exchange, forming, and mixing technology etc.). Familiar with methods of thermal/flow tests and results analysis Skills in flow/thermal modeling & simulation is a plus. Effective working in a technical team environment Quality Results Oriented Problem Solving and Decision Making
