Essential Responsibilities: + Responsible for conducting sophisticated and detailed research of existing processes, systems, and desired objectives to meet the goals/intent of the assigned products + Work with business Product Owner and SMEs to prioritize feature development, based on the business value + Work with technical teams to initiate and drive technical roadmap deliverables to completion. + Elicit and create initial epics/features and elaborating into user scenarios that clearly describe the functional and non-functional requirements + Deliver business requirements via artifacts such as epics, features, scenarios, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframe diagrams, interaction diagrams, mockups/demos, etc + Drive team excellence with proactive contributions towards continuous improvement. + Collaborate with a multi-functional teams inside a Scrum framework + Conduct work sessions and document new features, requirements, and strategies. + Perform testing, track bugs, enhancements and ensure issues are resolved before promoting to production environments. + Successfully handle multiple initiatives and balance constantly evolving priorities. + Query and analyze data to estimate future and measure current solution impact. + Develop business logic and critical metrics for incorporation into decision support models and tools. + Construct problem statement including problem description and improvement measures. + Always anticipate the next question -Drill down beyond the problem surface to understand root cause, business impact, and next steps. + Supply guidance to project planning and effort estimation within scope. + Support the identification of risks and mitigation approaches. + Develop and maintain internal customer relationships What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) + 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise technology or airline organizations + Knowledge of concept and principles of agile methodology; ability to apply appropriate agile approaches in the processes of software development and delivery + Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from feasibility through to production + Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project + Strong written, oral communication, and social skills + Must have excellent planning and organizational skills, strong verbal, written communication and facilitation skills. + Must be performing satisfactorily in present position + Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. + Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. + Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. + Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
