Join the Solution Engineering & Architecture Services team as a Senior Technical Product Manager. This leadership role is crucial in managing technical solution portfolios, setting standards, and driving impactful outcomes. You will oversee a team of Technical Product Managers (TPMs) and analysts to ensure consistency and excellence across initiatives. Your strategic and technical expertise will help deliver innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals while fostering collaboration with executive stakeholders.
What You Will Do:
Provide strategic direction for the management and delivery of technical solution portfolios.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of TPMs and analysts, ensuring alignment with established standards and best practices.
Drive product planning and execution to enhance the developer and user experience.
Develop and enforce processes, frameworks, and operational standards for portfolio and project management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Identify and resolve complex issues, acting as a subject matter expert to guide technical and strategic decisions.
Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure alignment.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's Degree AND minimum 10 years of experience in technical product management or a related field OR 14 years of relevant of experience in lieu of degree.
Experience in implementing adaptable Agile methodologies to enhance team and organizational efficiency.
Ability to obtain a National Security Clearance or a U.S. Federal Government Public Trust.
Proven experience managing and mentoring teams, including middle-level managers and individual contributors.
Strong technical background, with expertise in developing and implementing technical standards and frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience briefing executive leadership.
Demonstrated ability to transition seamlessly from strategic planning to hands-on execution.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Advanced degree preferred.
Certifications in product management or project management (e.g., PMP, SAFe, or CSM).
Experience in the healthcare or government sectors.
Expertise in managing large-scale, complex portfolios with a focus on innovation and operational excellence.
Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, SRE, DevOps, infrastructure as code (IaC), and Agile methodologies.
Preference will be given to candidates who are located within 50 miles of a Guidehouse office.
The annual salary range for this position is $132,600.00-$198,800.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
