We’re looking for a talented, driven, passionate Technical Product Manager to join the Echostar family and drive our business forward through delivering world class products to our customers, partners, and employees. **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide strategic leadership in fraud, identity, and authentication management, developing and owning technical roadmaps to support ongoing initiatives. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, aligning on deliverables and capturing business requirements to ensure successful outcomes. + Evaluate and integrate technologies to address market problems while actively managing product value, usability, feasibility, and business risks. + Oversee product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market success for the fraud platform, aligning initiatives with organizational metrics and strategic goals. + Use a prioritization framework to manage backlog features, dependencies, and risks while iterating on product outcomes post-launch. + Evangelize the product vision through presentations, roadmaps, and cross-organizational communication to build alignment and drive adoption. **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **Education and Experience:** + BA/BS in a technical or business discipline (information systems, engineering, computer science, finance, business administration, or accounting) + _5+_ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, Systems Analyst, Busergy, strategic, customer-focused, and detail-oriented individual **Skills and Qualifications:** + A smart, creative, and detail-oriented individual who demonstrates high energy, persistence, and strategic focus while thriving in a fast-paced environment. + Proven ability to understand customer needs, market trends, and technical concepts, paired with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Experienced in Agile methodologies, feature delivery, change management, and roadmap strategy, with proficiency in tools like JIRA and Rally. + Exceptional organizational, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to balance strategic and tactical priorities in a dynamic environment. + Experience with fraud and identity platforms, Amazon Cloud, APIs, and advanced technical concepts like parallel processing and retry logic is a plus. + A strong collaborator who continuously evangelizes their product domain, driving alignment and innovation across the organization. **Recommended Certifications:** + Agile Certified Product Manager Product Owner (ACPMPO) + Certified Scrum Master (CSM) + SAFe Product Manager / Product Owner (SPMPO) **Recommended Skills:** + CA Agile Central / Rally + JIRA/Atlassian **Salary Ranges** Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year **Benefits** We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits .
