You will be working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment spanning the Retail Wireless team and broader Dish organizations. **Key Responsibilities:** + Providing application and process subject matter expertise for business partners and IT teams + Working cross-functionally with our CX, Design, Marketing, and Wireless core teams to define and prioritize our website roadmap for success + Working closely with data & architecture teams to verify and validate business assumptions to better define engineering priorities + Writing and prioritizing user stories around business requirements for the development team + Acting as the liaison between the digital commerce team and the Center of Enablement to drive best practices for commerce and CMS componentry requirements & design **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technical discipline, or equivalent experience + 4+ years of experience in a Product Management role or equivalent **Skills and Qualifications:** + Experience working with modern front-end technology, CMS, mobile apps, e-commerce platforms and toolsets + Self-motivation with strong, proven, analytical and problem-solving skills + Ability to effectively communicate across all departments in the organization from technical staff to executive stakeholders + Experience working in an Agile environment and managing multiple dependencies and projects + Ability to create, review, interpret user flow diagrams and systems architectural diagrams + A constant learner-mindset with the drive to creatively think outside the box and innovate + An understanding of design patterns, systems, and customer journeys + Knowledge of digital channel selling tools (machine learning recommendations, ads, etc.) + Basic understanding of HTML & CSS, and API’s Visa sponsorship not available for this role **Salary Ranges** Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year **Benefits** We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits .
