You Are:

Looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager (TPM) to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of cloud-based enterprise solutions. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, operations, and business teams to build scalable and resilient products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry trends.

 

The Opportunity:

·       Define and drive the product roadmap for Kubernetes-based cloud services, ensuring alignment with business and customer needs.

·       Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, and business stakeholders) to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

·       Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product strategies.

·       Lead Agile product management processes, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization.

·       Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices in product operations, optimizing service reliability and incident management.

·       Analyze market trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscapes to inform product decisions.

·       Define and track key product KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics, driving data-driven improvements.

·       Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams to enhance observability, monitoring, and incident response strategies.

·       Partner with leadership to develop business cases and financial models for new product investments.

·       Act as a thought leader, mentoring junior product managers and technical teams.

 

 

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

 

What You Need:

·       7+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably in cloud, enterprise IT, or SaaS environments.

·       Strong understanding of Kubernetes, container orchestration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and microservices architecture.

·       Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and API-first development.

·       Familiarity with ITIL processes, incident management, and service reliability practices.

·       Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Aha!

·       Strong data-driven mindset with experience in SQL, data analytics, and A/B testing.

·       Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into business outcomes.

·       Experience in stakeholder management, influencing senior leaders, and driving cross-team alignment.

 

 

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote

Compensation Range: $104,000-$156,000

 

 

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching. Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
