The
Technical Product Owner is responsible for managing end to end technical
design, development, production, enhancements, and support of Products within
Sales APC. The candidate will have expertise in implementing and developing
Corporate Direct Channel IT solutions.
**Overviewof Responsibilities:**
+ Collaboratewith Business Product Owner / Product Manager of the Sales Corporate DirectChannel and Small Mid Size (SME) Corporate Incentive systems. Translate visionsinto meaningful Epics, features and technical stories so that the scrum teamcan incrementally deliver. Provides quantitative expertise (data analysis,statistics, forecasting, simulation, and optimization). Also take charge ofplanning and creating the necessary technical stories for the team, to keep thetechnical debts balanced.
+ Engagedirectly and daily with delivery teams to execute the project.
+ Actas the bridge between the Business team (product owner and manager) and thedevelopers when there is a gap of knowledge on technology or domainrequirements.
+ Assistwith managing team delivery commitments and helping to remove enterprise andescalated impediments.
+ Ensureproduct acceptance and readiness at key phases of the delivery cycle
+ Developcommunication materials and lead communication efforts around the product,priorities and future roadmaps
+ Leaddesign sessions with the product team
+ Assistwith design, development and implementation of Sales initiatives
+ Assistwith designing the APIs for model consumption and model execution strategy andto enable efficient integration with client applications.
+ Ensurethat the Delta methodology, standards and procedures are adopted andimplemented.
+ Ensurethat the technical solutions meet the customers' business goals and thatcustomer satisfaction with the project and conclusion is high.
+ Actas a Point of contact for technical issues, creating documentation, monitoringservice levels.
+ Consultwithin project team and other Delta teams, with outside vendors or consultantsto ensure project or product integrity.
+ Makethings happen without frequent management direction and know when tocommunicate status or escalate issues to their manager, teammates orstakeholders.
+ Mentorjunior team-mates to define and implement detailed measurement data, errorlogging/tracking for all products within our domain.
Pay Range: $80500.00 - $218900.00
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ With 5 years +experience as a technical product analyst and has worked closely with productowners on B2B, or Sales systems
+ Strongproblem-solving skills and capability to understand and set direction forcomplex technology integration
+ Extensive experience defining agilerequirements (Epics/stories), including functional and technical in aproduct/service organization.
+ Understanding and usage of agile metrics(velocity, burn downs) to help the team be more productive.
+ Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
+ Sharp analytical and problem-solvingskills
+ Excellent negotiation skills and abilityto partner with business stakeholders to prioritize backlog as necessary.
+ Knowledgeof deploying and managing Cloud infrastructures, such as OpenShift, Azure, AWSor Salesforce Platforms.
+ Knowledgeof SQL and NoSQL databases.
+ Experiencedeveloping, testing and deploying APIs.
+ Experiencebuilding applications based on Microservices Architecture
+ Experiencewith Agility or Jira, and GIT
+ Excellentwritten and verbal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with alllevels of employees and management.
+ Self-learnerwith the ability to pick up new technologies and provide tangible results.
+ Adaptand innovate IT solutions that deliver desired business outcomes
+ Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
+ Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
+ Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
+ Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

+ TheTechnical Product Owner position prefers a technical BS/MS degree, orequivalent experience.
+ Abilityto act as a scrum master and/or run the scrum ceremonies with the guidance fromour Agile Coaching team.
