Senior Technical Product Owner - Artificial Intelligence
How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) Delta Air Lines, Inc. has multiple openings for Senior Technical Product Owners - Artificial Intelligence in Atlanta, Georgia. Key Responsibilities: + Drive avariety of high-visibility initiatives and collaborate across the enterpriseteams to understand business challenges and industrialize opportunities forArtificial Intelligence (“AI”). + Providetechnical thought-leadership for AI solutions across a wide range ofcentralized and distributed environments across the Delta landscape. + Leadinnovative ideation sessions to define business needs and translate that intoprocess/data flows and Epics/Features/Stories with accurate success criteria. + Obtain andanalyze data from multiple sources to drive strategies and measure success andReturn on Investment. Bridge gaps between Proof-of-Concept trials andindustrialized AI-fueled software. + Drivedelivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics toidentify areas of opportunity. + Providequantitative expertise in data analysis, statistics, forecasting, simulation,and optimization. + Managerisks, issues, and develop remediation plans. + Analyzenumbers, trends, and data to drive new strategies and streamline and automateprocesses. + Workclosely with one or more Agile development teams to translate product inputsinto well-defined functional requirements and user stories. + Translateproduct strategy into requirement documents, use cases, and process flows. + Workclosely with the Commercial Managers, Senior Product Managers and developmentteams to ensure that the team clearly understands the required functionality tomeet market needs. + Conductresearch and perform studies to obtain data and analyze problems to advise onor recommend solutions, utilizing knowledge of theory, principles, ortechnology of New Distribution Capability specialization. + Analyze upstream and downstream to anticipatefuture consequences for immediate technical choices. + Telecommuting permitted 2 to 3 days per week. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of experience in IT. In the alternative, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in IT. Must have work experience with: + Product Engineering for at least 2 of the following technical products: AI/ML based solutions, software applications, neuron-Esb, Microservices, Embedded Systems, SaaS, UI/UX, System on Chips (SOC), or FPGA + Analysis with querying, summarizing, visualizing, and reporting data using at least 2 of the following: SQL, Excel, visio, Data Robots, visual studio, or Simulink-Matlab + Fundamentals of deep learning and machine learning including at least 2 of the following: AI/ML techniques, Data Robot, super set, Artificial neural networks, supervised/unsupervised, Endpoints/APIs, Matlab, Simulink, or Labview + Translating product strategy into requirement documents, using cases and process flows and experience with at least 2 of the following: Jira/Jira Align, Confluence -epics/features/stories, ASANA, AHA, Visio, Figma, or product vision/roadmap + Analyzing numbers, trends, and data to drive new strategies and streamline & automate processes using at least 2 of the following: data analysis, Excel, data robots, SQL, MPP, or Visual Studio What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of experience in IT.
