Join our Identity and Access Management team to help design and build our program from the ground up.

Our Team’s vision is to be a benchmark global IAM program that enables the future of digital commerce.  The mission is to provide secure, simple identity and access management services that protect and enable Worldpay assets and services while fueling innovation and new capabilities to market.

What you’ll own

Define and document roadmaps, features and services associated with IAM for internal workforce users and identities 

Capture business requirements for Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance (IGA) and Access Management (AM) 

Collaborate with peer product owners, leadership, and business stakeholders to continuously refine and optimize IAM product strategies 

Maintain an awareness of industry leading practices and IAM technologies and translate leading practices into Worldpay IAM services and capabilities 

Collaborate with IAM architects and engineers to develop comprehensive IAM processes and services that balance security, compliance and business enablement 

Drive collaboration through effective listening and demonstrating agility to adapt and evolve strategies and plans to business needs and requirements 

Rapidly develop and execute the global IAM strategy and capabilities roadmap 

Develop and implement dashboards, metrics, and other mechanisms to track measurable progress associated with the IAM strategy and roadmap 

Partner with IT and business stakeholders to evangelize the importance of effective IAM and the benefits to the business 

Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize IAM solutions 

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into product requirements 

Establish guiding principles and architecture approaches that enable IAM solutions to comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements 

Drive innovation and continuous improvement in IAM processes and technologies 

Where you’ll own it

You’ll own it remotely in the US anywhere. While we’re a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person. 

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent years of experience; Master’s degree preferred

8+ years experience with at least half of the following identity solutions:  Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, HashiVault, BeyondTrust, SailPoint, ForgeRock, Ping. 

8+ years of experience in product management for IAM technologies with experience in financial services or similarly complex industries 

Proven ability to develop and communicate a strategic vision and roadmap for IAM products for IGA, PAM and AM in support of workforce users and use cases 

Experience developing cross-platform integrations to maximize return on investment between IAM toolsets (e.g. PAM lifecycle management with IGA) 

Strong collaboration skills to gather, prioritize, and document IAM requirements, translating them into actionable product features and capabilities 

In-depth knowledge of the development and improvement process, with an experience in overseeing product development, particularly in IAM 

Strong analytical skills to monitor and evaluate IAM solution performance, security, compliance, and usability. Proactive problem-solving to drive continuous improvement 

Excellent documentation skills in creating, maintaining, and updating documentation and training materials for IAM products 

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment navigating ambiguity and demonstrating flexibility 

Effective communication skills to serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, architects, and infrastructure teams 

Experience developing strategies to integrate IAM solutions with other cyber security domains and capabilities 

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience working in a global, matrixed organization 

Certifications for Identity Management such as: CISSP, CISM, IAM, CISPP preferred

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $123,810.00 - $207,980.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
