The Amazon Enterprise Engineering org's Autonomous Endpoint eXperience (AEX) team has the mission to enable enterprise employees with secure and delightful device productivity experiences via data intelligence. We're hiring a senior TPM for AEX Apps Platform team, which builds a data-driven intelligent platform for hosting, integrating, installing, securing, updating all apps for Amazonians. The team also builds a suite of data- and AI-powered apps to bring personalized productivity experience to employees as well as enterprise fleet managers. We leverage AWS to build services and tools that are global-scale, millions of events per seconds in near real-time, highly-available, driven by big data intelligence.

Key job responsibilities

You will manage our portfolio of programs. These require coordination across several engineering and business teams, and are large impact projects with visibility to the highest levels of the company. You will need to make prioritization calls across the portfolio that require both keen business and technical judgment, escalate effectively, and drive process and tooling improvements to drive greater transparency and efficiency.

You must have strong pathfinding skills, solid business judgment, and demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams. We are looking for a proven ability to execute both strategically and tactically, and someone who is excited to take on new, ambiguous projects. This position requires significant technical background, and be customer-focused with a passion for the solving Enterprise scale problems.
