How will you make an impact in this role?

As the Program Manager, you are chartered with developing organizational optimization across a globally diverse team. 

You will drive core initiatives, strategy, and track execution against business priorities; including leading the tool development team and driving executive communications.

The Program Manager will be responsible for leading, organizing, and managing team communications, and key initiatives of the IPCW Migration Planning Team.  

The ideal candidate has executive communication experience, excellent business, and organizational acumen, is passionate about business operations, analytical and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, brings an optimistic, can-do attitude to work, is able to work both independently and in a collaborative manner, and works well across organizational boundaries.

The successful candidate will enjoy working with globally dispersed teams to drive many ad-hoc activities.  They will benefit from exposure to the leadership styles of many VP’s and Directors. 

This Program Manager role will be provided a diverse range of activities from leading strategic initiatives, managing executive updates, and planning leadership meetings. 

 The role offers challenging experiences while allowing the candidate to leverage their existing project and program management skill set.

Responsibilities

Develop communication plan and materials to clearly communicate the IPCW journey to various levels of management; reporting on progress, raising key decisions and flagging partner needs.

Planning, directing and coordinating strategic programs for Leadership teams

 Lead the team responsible for creating a tracking and reporting tool Plan and coordinate Leadership Meetings, activities and agendas  Lead cross-functional program teams to define, prioritize and achieve strategic objectives as outline by the VP of the organization  Partner and manage relationships with customers and IT leadership to define and prioritize short and long-term objectives  Identify all stakeholders, establish communication channels and track progress metrics Communicate with VP’s, Directors, and staff with regards to program strategy, progress, risks, issues, budget/spend and changes

 Works closely with Directors and VP’s across the Technology organization Provide outstanding customer service to tech colleagues across the enterprise.

Share lessons learned and work across project team to incorporate best practices

Required Qualifications

5+ years’ experience driving core initiatives, strategy, and tracking execution against business priorities     

3-5+ years’ experience leading, organizing, and managing team communications     

Requires professional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail     

Experience and/or expert knowledge in PowerPoint, Excel and writing succinct technical memos at the executive level Experience working in a deadline driven production-oriented environment

Exceptional professional communication skills – clear, logical, structured, outcome oriented

Possess analytical ability to identify trends in data, present results and recommend solutions  

Must be able to translate data/insights into compelling presentations 

Able to synthesize information and connect the dots to draw conclusions about potential impacts or opportunities 

High level of integrity with ability to handle sensitive issues with complete confidentiality

Proven ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and consistently drive results 

Adaptable interpersonal skills, high energy, and a proven team-first mentality.

Curiosity, a willingness to learn & a sense of ownership and accountability

Business maturity and demonstrated potential to influence at all levels

Excellent collaboration and influencing skills – ability to obtain consensus and deliver results in an environment which requires a high degree of coordination and alignment with short timeframes

Possess ability to lead, follow and partner with peers within an enterprise level organization

Excellent thought leadership, analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills  

A proven track record of driving initiatives in an ambiguous and changing environment 

Bachelor’s degree preferred      

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
