The Microsoft Azure Storage Engineering team is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to work on a unique and highly visible role with major scope to lead our efforts in hardware quality for our Storage fleet. This role requires a deep understanding of hardware systems, exceptional program management skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive quality improvements in the Microsoft Azure storage hardware platforms. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond. **Responsibilities** + Lead and manage hardware quality initiatives for the Storage fleet, ensuring high standards of reliability and performance. + Develop and implement processes for monitoring and improving hardware quality metrics. + Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for hardware quality issues. + Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other cross-functional teams to define and execute quality improvement plans. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on quality metrics and improvement initiatives. Present plans and get buy off with senior technical leaders. + Cross group collaboration with the ability to influence and drive change cross group. **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years' experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentOR equivalent experience.2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. **Other Qualifications:** + Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
