Summary of Role:
Provide technical solutions for GF customers, starting with technical onboarding, solving design challenges to deliver products that can be manufactured successfully in our fabs, providing debug support to reach volume production with maximum yield.
Essential Responsibilities:
Provide technical solutions for GF customers, starting with technical onboarding, solving design challenges to deliver products that can be manufactured successfully in our fabs, providing debug support to reach volume production with maximum yield. Cultivate long-term, strategic partnerships with our clients, analyzing their markets and product requirements and propose existing and support development of new innovative solutions to generate growing demand for our differentiated solutions. Improve customer portal experience, by creating guided workflows and creating technical training material to all customers to self-help. Telecommuting available. 10% domestic travel to customer and GF offices required.
Other Responsibilities:
+ Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.
Required Qualifications:
+ Education - Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or closely related field of study.
+ Experience – 2 years of experience in job offered Engineering or Marketing related roles. Requires experience in: (1) Agile project management (2) SFDC CRM tool; analysis and reporting (3) Customer liaison for Tapeout to foundry (4) Business process problem solving (5) Creating and presenting customer- facing materials (6) Advanced data analysis with Excel macros (7) Business process and strategy management. Telecommuting available. 10% domestic travel to customer and GF offices required.

Expected Salary Range
Salary range: $90,174– $119,000
The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
