The U.S. Consumer Services and Enterprise Digital & Data Technology Team brings together foundational strategic technology capabilities in digital experience engineering (Mobile and Web), AI/ML, marketing technology, enterprise communications, travel and lifestyle, and automation, grounded in our data technology model that prioritizes data governance. We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a strong technology background to join our Engineering team at Tock. This position is being filled to support high priority initiatives and hence provides opportunity for great experience and exposure to leadership. It requires an Agile savvy, impactful communicator who is confident with exceptional technical management skills and has a go getter attitude. This position will report to the Head of Project Management.
**Job responsibilities** **:**
+ Provide cross-functional coordination with Engineering and Product Management and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes.
+ Work closely with software engineers, product managers and other engineering teams to get high-quality products and features through the SDLC (build, test, and release on time).
+ Manage project schedules, identifypossible risks/issues, and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders.
+ Data driven / logical in implementing. Excited by going deeper vs broader. Not shying away from contributes technical discussions.
+ Maintaining release and dependency plans across Engineering teams and external partners
+ Actively identifying, managing, and raising risks, issues, and changes tied to product development initiatives.
+ Conducting Planning sessions and Scrum ceremonies, with a focus on continuously learning from the past
+ Finding opportunities to embrace innovative technologies and processes
**What** **we’re** **looking for** **:**
+ Experience operating and managing rituals for cross-functional, agile teams.
+ Experience working cross functionally with Engineering, Product Management, and other functions involved in Project Delivery.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with leadership, technical and non-technical groups.
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, consultation and organizational skills.
+ Organized, diligent, proactive, and passionate about delivery
+ Experience in clarifying objectives, dealing with ambiguity, advocating for simplification, influencing teams and being able to build your own path to navigate to solutions
**Qualifications**
Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually bonus benefits
