Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Drive the technological direction for business-critical applications, ensuring alignment with the overall business vision and strategic objectives.Lead and manage the full lifecycle of technology programs and projects, from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.Orchestrate and coordinate efforts across diverse development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.Lead the adoption and implementation of DevSecOps practices for all relevant products, enhancing security, efficiency, and collaboration.Act as the primary technology liaison for designated business units within Wolters Kluwer, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and project risks, developing contingency plans to ensure smooth project progression.Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governanceAssist RTE with identifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities within a program.Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and provide regular, transparent updates to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and successes..

Experience:

A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies including 5+ years of experience as a Technology Program Manager managing large, complex initiatives in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams following SAFe methodologies. In addition, a proven track of designing content pipeline end-to-end.Must have a good understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, XML, SQL, .NET, JavaScript (AngularJS), or PHP. Preferably has experience developing software.Solid understanding of software development life cycle models.Ability to develop and maintain a comprehensive content model that aligns with business goals and user needs.Proven experience in analytics (data and content).Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools:Project Management tools including JIRA, MiroAnalytics tools such as Google Analytics, PendoOther tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office Tools is a plus
