CAPM, PMP, PgMP Experience working in a regulatory agency. What You Will Be Doing Assist with Book of Work activities from initiation through completion working with scrum teams, engineers, architects, application managers, Risk partners. Escalation contact for STLS, SMT, Program/Project managers on risks and issues. Internal and external reporting. Communication of statuses, issues, and risk dispositions. Ensure teams are within risk appetite for Tech and PM scorecards. Manage and oversee the BOW Cross Function Internal and External plan dependencies. Identify stakeholders in key organizations and build and manage relationships with each stakeholder. Creation of multiple programs of work and manage their alignment to business goals. Facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross-functional macro level topics within/across programs and with Senior Management. Lead the identification and drive resolution of issues, including those outside established programs of work. Work with stakeholders to ensure program scope definition meet business objectives and partner with Program Sponsor to ensure business case/cost benefit analysis is in line with business goals. Drive adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery and leverage across the program. Assist program team in negotiating for resources owned by other departments in order ensure the program is completed within stated timelines. Present Technology Initiative highlights and updates to company’s Leadership, Board and Regulators as needed, with specific focus on risks, issues and action plans.
