Responsible for orders and revenue growth of Chromatography products in Singapore.Develop and maintain good business partnership with all customersNetwork actively with the scientific community to understand the current and future market trendsPerform any other job duty as assigned by the manager

Pre-sales (70%)

Build funnels via account planning, mapping and data analysis to provide accurate forecast and sales strategy.Develop and execute go-to-market strategyWork with other sales members to ensure offerings of total solutions and presenting to new and existing customers.Understand market trends and competitive situationFaithful in updating sales opportunity records in CRM/Salesforce.com

Post sales (30%)

Conduct training and responsible for collateral development, joint customer visits and regular communication.Conduct after-sales activities by providing technical and software training, method set-up and responding to customers’ queries
