We’re searching for a Remote Senior Technical Solutions Consultant to join our Technical Solutions team so that we can deliver high-quality implementation and optimization services for a leading health insurance conglomerate. The Senior Technical Solutions Consultant will lead solution development, system integrations, and deployment strategies to drive successful implementation projects and ensure seamless platform adoption. How You’ll Spend Your Time · Developing technical solutions using .NET, SQL, and XML to support implementation projects and integrations. · Collaborating with clients and internal teams in order to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective solutions. · Configuring, customizing, and integrating software platforms to meet client needs and optimize system performance. · Identifying and resolving implementation challenges in order to improve processes, remove roadblocks, and enhance efficiency. · Mentoring and guiding junior consultants to support team growth and knowledge-sharing. What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having · Senior-level experience in MS stack development (.NET, SQL, version control). · Proven success in configuring, customizing, and integrating business solutions software. · In-depth knowledge of XML, SDKs, APIs, and Web Services. · Professional services experience collaborating directly with clients to deliver technical solutions. · Sincere interest in driving technology adoption and optimizing business solutions. · A knack for working collaboratively within an agile, fast-paced environment.
