Senior Technical Specialist

We are now looking for a Senior Technical Specialist with broad expertise and the ability to think outside the box. If you are a doer who can both design and execute, we would love for you to join our team!
As a Senior Technical Specialist with us, you will have a key role where you act as a Service Owner and ensure that our services deliver at the highest level to our public customers. You will work closely with the customer and be a central person to ensure that the services function optimally. This involves keeping up with technological developments, conducting evaluations, resource planning, and distributing tasks within the team. You will also help with requirements and be an active part in selling new services to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the entire service description and ensuring that the service functions optimally. Resource planning and distribution within the team. Develop customer services and provide extra support when needed. Be the customer's closest contact and work on-site with the customer about two days a week. Participate in requirements and sell new services, focusing on upselling. Work technically with our solutions and ensure they are always at the forefront.To succeed and thrive in the role:
We are looking for someone who is technically skilled and can quickly adapt to new conditions. You have experience working as a Service Owner with public customers. You are comfortable taking responsibility and can both design and execute technical solutions. Deep technical expertise and the ability to think strategically. Ability to plan and lead the team's work. It is important that you are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.Technical requirements:
Expertise in Windows Server and Linux operating systems. Knowledge of network protocols and services such as sFTP, HTTPS, DNS, and firewalls. Experience with storage and backup solutions. Skills in virtual computing (Hypervisors). Experience with container-based services. Good understanding of how modern IT security is implemented.Start date: By agreement Location: Stockholm, Kista
