What you will do: + Design, implement, and oversee robust CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps, ensuring seamless integration and delivery across build servers and related infrastructure. + Provide technical expertise and counsel to ensure architectural fit, global consistency, and continuous improvement of IT systems. + Collaborate with business teams and IT Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions. + Implement strategic system initiatives and maintain/enhance existing systems. + Manage technical resources, vendors, and projects, adhering to project management best practices. What you will need: + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. + 7+ years of relevant technical experience. + Proven leadership or people management experience. Skills, Experience & Abilities + Strong business acumen with analytical and interpersonal skills. + Service-oriented and results-driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. + Proven expertise in technical areas, including systems management, implementation, and process improvement. + Experience in managing projects and vendors, with knowledge of project management best practices. + Familiarity with work/incident management processes, with hands-on experience in resolving technical issues. + Proficiency in Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline creation. + Strong programming skills in **.Net** **(C#)** (5-10+ years) and **SQL** (5+ years). + Basic experience with **Java** and **Visual Basic** .
