As a Senior Technical Support Staff Manager, you will lead all technical support requests and projects for our products and services. You will be the focal point for product recommendations, customer troubleshooting and all aspects of application engineering.

As a Senior Technical Support Staff Manager, you will be responsible for:
 

Assist our Upstream Chemicals customers with technical support in routine operationsLead technical product recommendations that provide value to our customer.Detecting and signaling flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements.Managing customers relationships to understand the business, gather market intelligence, assess risk and ensure compliance to KPIsHandling communication with colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.Managing problems and scheduling changes

To be successful in this role you will:
 

Have 5-10 years’ experience providing upstream chemical technical supportHave experience with resolving complex flow assurance, integrity management and production enhancement problemsHave a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college                                                                                                                            Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with customersHave experience conducting on site troubleshooting and product application and be willing to travel to customer site for extended periods of time with short noticeBe able to communicate in Azerbaijani, Russian and English
