**About the Team**
The Senior Technical Trainer role is part of the Nutanix Education team, which is located in India, preferably in Bangalore. This dynamic team emphasizes a culture of collaboration and inquisitiveness, empowering its members to engage directly with customers while adapting training materials to meet the needs of diverse learners. The mission of the team is to deliver high-quality training that enables customers to effectively implement and utilize Nutanix's cutting-edge virtualization and cloud products, thereby contributing to the overall success of the organization.
You will report to the Director of Global Training Delivery, who fosters a supportive and empowering leadership style that encourages independence and initiative among team members. The work setup for this role is primarily remote, with no specific in-office requirement; however, there may be occasions when you will need to come into the local office for specific purposes or to collaborate with the team.
This position requires a travel commitment of approximately 10 to 15%, as you will occasionally need to visit customer sites or the Bangalore office for face-to-face training engagements. Flexibility in traveling outside of standard business hours may also be necessary to accommodate customer needs.
**Your Role**
+ Deliver high-quality enterprise virtualization training courses to technical audiences both virtually and on-site.
+ Collaborate with team members to review, enhance, and adapt training materials for effective delivery to diverse learners.
+ Provide continuous feedback on course material and training effectiveness to improve customer satisfaction.
+ Engage in ongoing learning about virtualization technologies and cloud services to stay updated and enhance training relevance.
+ Travel to customer locations for in-person training sessions, accommodating non-standard hours as necessary.
+ Foster a positive team culture by assisting fellow instructors and exchanging best practices.
+ Adapt training delivery based on customer feedback and evolving industry trends.
+ Achieve a customer satisfaction score that meets or exceeds established benchmarks within the first year.
**What You Will Bring**
+ 3 to 5 years of experience delivering enterprise virtualization courses to technical audiences.
+ Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS).
+ Proficient in English, with good communication and social skills for engaging with customers and teams.
+ Ability to effectively teach technical content and adapt to diverse learning styles.
+ Experience with instructor-led training delivery (both virtual and on-site).
+ Independence and self-motivation in work, with a willingness to travel and work outside standard business hours.
+ Knowledge of Nutanix products and familiarity with network technologies (e.g., Cisco) is a plus.
+ Continuous learner with the ability to review, test, and enhance training materials.
