We’re making Cash App and Afterpay the most loved way to pay for buyers and sellers by designing commerce and payment services that are more relatable, instantly available, and universally accessible.

As a senior member of our technical writing team, you will own and maintain the end-to-end developer documentation lifecycle for our external partners including:

Project managing developer documentation initiatives from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product, & Legal) to define documentation requirements, sequence project milestones, and coordinate launch timelines.Writing clear, comprehensive guides for new features/products, as well as maintaining our existing documentation.Drive content strategy by becoming familiar with our products and onboarding experiences through Sales Engineering & Product.Establish team processes around documenting new products and features.
