Gradually become an accountable chemical analyst in global and local innovation projects. 根据研究员提供的实验方案，及时提供准确、可靠和一致的分析结果。逐步成为一名可靠的化学分析员，参与到帝斯曼 - 芬美意全球和中国科研与创新项目中。 • Under the guidance of scientist, be able to improve analytical methods or develop new analytical methods by learning and applying fit-to-purpose sample preparation methods, instrument analysis methods, and data processing/analytics techniques. 在研究员的指导下，通过学习和应用合适的样品制备方法、仪器分析方法和数据处理/分析技术来改进分析方法或开发新的分析方法。 • Participate in maintenance and troubleshooting of analytical instruments in the team. Actively learn from other colleagues and share knowledge/experiences with them. Candidates with a master's degree and postgraduate research experience are preferred. 拥有分析化学、食品科学或药学学士学位。拥有硕士学位和研究生科研经历者优先。 + Experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis. Basic wet lab skills (sample weighing, solution preparation, etc.) are a must. Candidates with extensive experience in using analytical instruments (GC-MS, LC-MS, Flash chromatography, Preparative LC, etc.) and sample preparation techniques (solvent extraction, SPE, rotavapor, lyophilizer, etc.) are preferred. 熟悉化学实验室的工作环境，动手能力强。具有定性和定量分析经验。会使用分析仪器（GC-MS、LC-MS、快速色谱、制备液相色谱等）和样品制备技术（溶剂萃取，SPE、旋转蒸发仪、冻干机等）者优先。 + Good documentation and communication skills.
