This implies processing GC and LC chromatograms and interpret data with rigor. + Apply advanced spectroscopic approach to characterize polymeric materials. + Manage samples storage and maintain clean and well organized laboratory/work place, including the **maintenance** of the laboratory and the instruments. + **Report** work progress in a laboratory notebook, technical reports and during project review meetings. + Actively contribute to the global **safety, health and environment protection** in the team and beyond. **We bring:** + Being part of an **interdisciplinary team** of industry-leading scientists with state of the art equipped analytical facility. + A **diversity** of exciting projects related to foods and fragranced products. + To be part of a company shaping a **strong legacy** through breakthrough industrial innovations and technology. **You Bring:** + Swiss CFC or B.Sc. with at least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the Flavors & Fragrances industry. + Solid **practical and theoretical** **background** in sample preparation and separation sciences (GC-FID, GC-MS, LC-MS, including troubleshooting experience) in fields such as **volatiles** and **non-volatiles** quantification/identification. + Skills and hands-on experience in analytical methods for characterization of solids ( _e.g._ IR, microscopy). + Experience in related fields such as polymer analysis, advanced data processing, database creation would be a plus. + Rigor, open-mindedness, team spirit and problem solver attitude. + Fluent in French, working knowledge in English preferred. **The application process:** Interested in this position?
