Akron General offers one of the largest multispecialty centers in the Akron area and all of Northeast Ohio, aimed at diagnosing and treating conditions of the heart and blood vessels. As a Senior Technician in the 4100 Medical Cardiology Unit, you will perform various duties assisting in the care of patients as assigned by a Registered Nurse. Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
Providing and documenting patient care.
Assisting in the admission, transfer, and discharge process.
Performing treatment procedures.
Assisting with pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
Preparing the unit, patient rooms and patient beds.
