We are currently seeking a Senior Technician Quality Control who will be responsible for inspection, acceptance and release of instruments and accessories.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
+ Perform final inspection of completed instruments.
+ Device History Record and Batch History Record review and acceptance. Ensuring all records meet all requirements prior to release.
+ Quarantining of non-conforming product.
+ Create and distribute daily Quality reports.
The required qualifications for the job include:
+ Education required: High School Degree with 5+ years of experience in a regulated (FDA, ISO, or GMP) manufacturing setting.
+ Experience required: 2+ years in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Quality Assurance or Quality Control in a GLP/GMP/ISO 9001 company
+ Quality Inspection
Develops and implements testing, sampling and inspection procedures on raw materials, equipment, in-process materials, and/or finished products to ensure that product specifications and company and regulatory requirements are met. Investigates and troubleshoots functionality and performance problems. Recommends corrective action when appropriate.
