For our location in Leiden, Netherlands we are looking for a Specialist Technician Quality Control.
Established support individual contributor that executes routine tasks with limited supervision and more complex tasks with support. Executes day-to-day laboratory activities such as sample management, supply ordering and receipt, and general housekeeping. Maintains good laboratory housekeeping and documentation practices. Performs instrument qualification/validation activities and lab investigations, and data review and metrics reporting. Identifies improvement opportunities and drives resolution with limited guidance. Escalates risks and issues as required.

MLO/MBO (or equivalent) or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with 3-5 years of related working experience.
Advocates for members of the team and acts as a leader in the team
Experience in complex methods, troubleshooting, equipment knowledge and result investigations.
