The Cell Therapy Digital Platform (CTDP) is a collection of heavily integrated processes and IT systems to enable the vein-to-vein patient treatment process.
Patient Operations Functional Analyst will be responsible to drive requirements analysis for technical capabilities required by the Global Patient Operations Team (GPO). The team is looking for a functional Analyst with prominent experience on Salesforce technologies.
BMS is looking for a full time, experienced techno functional analyst with prominent experience on Salesforce technology. Senior Techno functional analyst will be responsible for planning, development, deployment of major and minor releases for the Global patient services (GPS) platform built on Salesforce. This role will monitor the progress of product development and facilitating discussions with vendors as well as internal departments. This is a key role in shaping the GPS platform future vision and strategy.
**Responsibilities Include**
+ Participate in intake meetings (REF/DEF) sessions and provide technical inputs on GPS related design and development. Develop design considerations for GPS major and minor releases
+ Participate in refinement and grooming session for backlog refinement and provide technical guidance on low level design
+ Liaison with POSI and business stakeholders and provide technical thought leadership for next gen solutions leveraging Gen AI and other evolving technologies
+ Design and lead POCs to show business outcomes in short cycles
+ Contribute to the technical roadmap and help in technology selection and evaluation
+ Lead major and minor release production deployment activities and review/approve GxP documentation.
+ Liaison with BMS HYD team development to plan technical work related to GPS major and minor releases
+ Provide support on major and minor releases.
+ Provide support during defect triage meetings and contribute towards defect fixes
+ Support GPS operations team on technical reviews, ticket resolutions and high priority incidents
+ Participate in technical design sessions with the development teams
+ Suggest improvement for the Salesforce platform using industry best practices
+ Perform code reviews to ensure that all solutions are aligned to the pre-defined architecture/design/best practices/code quality
+ Work collaboratively with the Patient operations product team and pitch in to support the team and supervisor as needed
**Education**
+ • Bachelor's degree: degree in computer science, management information systems or related field
+ • Master's degree preferred
**Work Experience**
+ 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development
+ 8+ years of IT experience
+ Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification(s) a plus.
+ Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification(s) a plus.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills
+ Ability to communicate complex technical information and concepts to audiences at all levels
+ Ability to manage a complex vendor environment
+ Ability to manage a global team in a matrix organization
+ Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform
+ Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM)
+ Experience working in GxP environment
