Senior Technology Business Analyst
**Technology Business Analyst** **About the Role** Responsible for all IT strategy, development, execution, and management activities, supporting secure digital innovation & capabilities both internally and externally. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. **Responsibilities** + Performs requirements analysis and test case design at project levels and establishes product roadmaps with engineering teams. This will include going to production meetings. + This person will be collaborating with the programming teams to communicate effectively in understanding the request and answer any questions. As a part of the collaboration, there will be processing test cases, reviewing test output, and answering emails from the client services team. + Evaluates client requirements and documents to recommend appropriate technology solutions. + Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. + Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration, and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. + Designs details of automated systems. + May provide consultation to users in automated systems. + Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. + Responsible for developing technical contributions. Responsible for all IT strategy, development, execution, and management activities, supporting secure digital innovation & capabilities both internally and externally. + Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems and meet deadlines. + Examines information and standard practices to make judgments. + Contributes to client analysis projects using defined methodologies with support from more experienced analysts. + Communicates project status and risks to internal stakeholders. + Gathers and manipulates data and insight from client operations to create actionable insights. + Creates robust, data-driven evidence for recommendations on technology solutions with high-level benefits cases. + Works closely with end-users to examine, define, model, and document project requirements. + Creates end-user documentation (e.g., user guides, process flow charts, training materials). + Presents complex data in an easy-to-understand format, suitable for diverse groups with varying abilities. + Visualizes data in a clear, structured way utilizing preferred BI tools (Tableau). + Performs other duties as assigned. + Complies with all policies and standards. **Requirements** + Requires relevant expertise in a professional, and technical area through formal education. Leverages previous knowledge and expertise to achieve results. + Able to Perform technical-based activities and contributes to and manages projects. + Uses deductive reasoning to solve problems and make recommendations. + Interfaces with and influences key stakeholders and collaborate with production and programming teams. + Ability to complete work self-guided. Develops skills by performing structured work assignments. + Performs routine assignments daily. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $89,744 - 116,550
