Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant.


In this role, you will:

Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systemsContribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirementsEvaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problemsPartner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutionsAct as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processesCollaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverablesCoordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

in depth knowledge of Retail Banking, Account maintenance, Reconciliation and payment processing is preferredAdvanced knowledge and understanding of test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected resultsHands on experience with Salesforce CRM is preferredHands on expertise with test management tools like JIRA, ALM, Confluence etc…Hands on experience in automation will be an added advantage with experience in working on BDD frameworkAutomation framework (data driven, hybrid and behavior driven development concepts), design and enhancementsCucumber/BDD – based frameworksSelenium with Java – Junit/TestNG framework in Eclipse IDEExperience in User Acceptance development & implementationKnowledge and in depth understanding of business tools and processesStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountabilityStrong time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesExperience developing and cultivating professional relationshipsAbility to lead testing project independently with desired outcomeAbility to work effectively in a team environment
