**What you will do:** The Senior IT Auditor will be responsible for planning and executing IT audits, including but not limited to SOX, operational, management consulting, and special projects internal audit projects. In this capacity, the Senior IT Auditor will execute and document procedures in accordance with professional standards and provide supervision and coaching to audit staff. + Assist with the effective, planning and execution of detailed audit programs that address engagement/project risks. + Perform audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing, and analyzing evidence, and documenting processes and procedures. + Perform testing of IT General Controls and Application Controls over IT applications and infrastructure to comply with SOX 404 requirements. + Provide management consulting services to the organization (e.g., pre-and post-system implementation controls reviews). + Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to increase testing coverage and high-quality audit results. + Ensure audit procedures are performed and documented in accordance with professional audit standards and Stryker IA policies. + Supervise and review the work of staff auditors and/or consultants during the execution of IT audit projects. + Assist with the preparation and communication of audit findings and reports. + Develop and maintain productive client and staff relationships. + Track and monitor engagement budgets for time and expenses. + Track and monitor implementation of management’s action plans and monitor remediation. + Support the annual risk assessment process and assist with the development of the IT Audit Plan. + Provide coaching to audit staff. + Keep current on emerging IT risks, IT relevant topics, and audit techniques. + Review SSAE16 (SOC1) reports for key 3rd party service providers. **What you need** + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. + 3+ years of IT Audit experience. + Strong **English** verbal and written communication skills. (B2+) + CISA, CISSP or other relevant professional certification. + Knowledge of SAP systems like SAP GRC (GRP), S4 HANA (ECP), MDG (MDP), BW (BWP), EWM (EMP), and SAP PI (PIP). + Knowledge of IT frameworks and regulations including COBIT, ISO 27000, ITIL, PCI/DSS, HIPAA/HITECH, NIST. + Solid understanding of IT General Controls or General Computing Controls and the impact on financial reporting. + Advanced project management skills.
