Senior Tender Specialist

**Primary Objective of Position**
+ The Senior Tenders Specialist is responsible for implementing internal and external processes, systems, and capabilities to drive the pre-tender process and support from customers and administrative tasks to support the Tenders’ Department and the Sales process.
**Major Accountabilities**
+ Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.
+ Seeks for announcements on scheduled tenders.
+ Completes tender documentation for the assigned tenders according to the tender requirements.
+ Ensures the seamless and effective transition from tender to contract.
+ Prepares tender offers for Core Diagnostics, Transfusion, and Molecular Diagnostics.
+ Handles tender correspondence and tasks for the Tenders’ Department.
+ Registers new contracts into the local tenders’ databases.
+ Maintains a Market intelligence database related to tenders.
+ Supports sales force with information about competitors' bids and third-party supplier contracts to enhance the customer experience.
+ Be point of contact for customers for communication and clarifications needed related to tenders’ issues.
+ Supports local sales force with further administrative tasks.
+ Ensures compliance activities comply with applicable laws, Abbott’s procedures, and ethical standards.
+ Success in this role is measured by goals achieved and timeliness and quality of submitted tenders.
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required. Bachelor's degree in business administration or life science is desirable.
+ At least 5 years working experience in the diagnostics industry with an emphasis on managing tenders and supporting the sales organization with administrative tasks.
+ Fluent English and Polish
+ Strong communication skills.
+ Must be team-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
