**Job Description** _This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 2-3 per week averaging 10-12 days per month._ **Job Summary:** Raymond James is seeking a dedicated Senior Test Analyst to support Securities Center and Service Center testing. This role will be responsible for testing as well as coordinating testing efforts for multiple offshore resources as well as collaborating with internal resources. The selected candidate will review functional requirements and use business and technical knowledge to analyze and develop software test plans and test cases. Identifies, gathers and manages appropriate test data and uses the data to execute the test scripts ensuring the software meets the functional and non-functional requirements. Performs testing for application development projects and where appropriate, technology infrastructure projects. **Responsibilities:** + Ensure testing is on track for completion, plan efforts, communicate testing priorities to the offshore team. + Communicate deadlines and provide status reports to relevant stakeholders. + Design and perform website/applications software tests and respond to user emails to monitor, diagnose, and correct performance issues. + Select the appropriate complex tests or tests from a specified range and carry out using specialized methods and equipment; validate and interpret test data to verify that specifications are met and/or to identify remedial actions required to ensure conformance or suitability. + Validate new or existing complex test methods and procedures; identify issues and recommend improvements to contribute to further development. + Contribute to the identification and evaluation of current policies and business processes that are in the scope of the quality management system (QMS); contribute to the design of the QMS; provide specialist quality management input to the drafting of new policies and procedures and the design of business processes; contribute to the quantification of the costs and business benefits of change. + Review existing operations in own area of work and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas and ensure continuous improvements are delivered. + Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
