AR work is characterised by its detailed and complex nature in order to systematically combine existing knowledge and practices to further developing and incrementally improving products, operational processes, and customer-specific feature development.

Subfamily Description

Integration, Verification & Testing (IVT) comprises the integration of SW and / or HW or system components into system, platform, product releases, or networks and verifies the integrated entity or network against particular requirements and specifications. Covers setup and maintenance of laboratory and associated equipment, tools, and devices.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in automation framework design and development, particularly in performance testing. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or similar. Expertise in performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, or Docker. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (RH OCP) and containerization technologies like Kubernetes. Familiarity with monitoring and analysis tools such as Grafana, Prometheus etc Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect automation frameworks for performance testing to ensure scalability, reusability, and maintainability. Collaborate with performance testing teams to understand requirements and translate them into automation strategies. Develop, maintain, and enhance scripts for performance load testing and analysis. Integrate performance testing automation with CI/CD pipelines for continuous performance monitoring. Optimize existing automation frameworks to improve test execution efficiency and reduce manual effort. Conduct technical reviews of automation scripts, frameworks, and processes. Analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Research and implement tools and technologies to enhance automation capabilities. Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices in automation and performance testing.
