About The Job:

We are seeking a senior test engineer to join our dynamic team. As a test engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing the product features, designing test parameters, creating customized quality checks, and writing up final test procedures for the quality technicians.

Responsibilities:

Monitor safety measures and standards through the production or development stages.Work closely with all departments to understand the product goal and build a high-quality product.Build a testing framework and define testing parameters based on inputs from the product design team.Use the testing framework to monitor the process, document the results and take steps to troubleshoot.Develop multiple test cases and create appropriate testing environments for checking a product.Provide suggestions to improve the tested product.Ensure that the product meets all quality standards set by the team and client.Document all testing procedures, results, and suggestions.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in a QA-focused role with expertise in test automation.Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Solid hands-on experience with building automation frameworks.Strong organizational skills and proven track record of independent workload management.Have a "roll up your sleeves" attitude and be willing to meet challenges head-on.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field (a Master’s degree is preferred).Experience: 3+ years as a software engineer in an Agile environment, with proven success in software testCommunication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Problem-Solving: Effective in quickly identifying and addressing issues.
