Let’s do our best work together.DescriptionDescriptionYou will lead the efforts to build, maintain and optimise the test processes across our manufacturing, distribution centres and prototyping areas in collaboration with local and worldwide internal partners to ensure global consistency and standard methodology. The responsibilities for this position include the following: - An experienced, hands-on, technical leader with in-depth technical knowledge and extensive experience in the field of Test Engineering. - A proven track record of building, developing and leading inclusive, diverse and impactful multi-disciplined teams who deliver complex projects. - An inspiring leader to challenge and develop senior engineering talent. - Sharp analytical approach to problem solving and an outstanding ability to make thoughtful high quality decisions. - Extensive management experience in a world class hi-tech Manufacturing or Operations environment.Minimum QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBE/Master’s/PhD in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or similar academic qualification where the curriculum included HW engineering or equivalent proven experience.Strong test engineering skills with experience in HW / SW design, test / validation and implementation in large scale manufacturing / operations environments.Key QualificationsKey QualificationsPreferred QualificationsPreferred QualificationsExperience with common H/W platforms and development methodologies / toolsets.Operate in a team environment and possess ability to respond effectively to changing priorities.Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to clearly present information and ideas to a wide variety of audiences.Collaborative and customer-focused mentalityApple is an Equal Opportunity Employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
