The candidate should be able to: Create a Test Plan Analyze and prioritize scope for test automation considering business needs, customer risks, and efficiency improvement. Write clean code according to best industry practices Work with QA manager to improve coverage and quality of test plans Willing to take initiatives and bring up ideas about test automation process improvement Be proactive, have excellent communication skills Be a quality advocate in the agile team, promote a shift-left approach in software testingRequirements: 4-year degree in Computer Sciencerelated field or a combination of education and work experience 2-3 years of experience as Quality Assurance Engineer Programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, and SQL Experience in manual testing of mobile apps, web, backend Experience in automation testing Familiar with different tools supporting test automation, such as Selenium, Appium Experience in a quality assurance role in an mobile gaming is preferred Ability to create test plans and test cases by analyzing requirements, experience in setting up test environments, understanding and executing test scripts with little supervision Good verbal and written communication skills for collaborative team environment and technical documentation Strong analytical and troubleshootingdebugging skills to resolve technical and business issues
