We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Test Manager with expertise in Java, Oracle, Linux, Selenium, Splunk, Load Testing, and Functional Testing to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

\n\nTesting Strategy & Management:\n\nDevelop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the quality and performance of software applications.\nOversee all aspects of testing, including planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.\nEnsure that testing processes align with industry best practices and company standards.\n\nProject & Release Cycle Management:\n\nLead and manage the testing phases across multiple projects, ensuring that deadlines are met, and quality is maintained.\nCoordinate and manage the release cycles, working closely with development, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth deployments.\nIdentify and mitigate risks related to testing and release activities.\n\nTeam Coordination & Leadership:\n\nWork closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and business colleagues, to ensure that testing requirements are well understood and integrated into project plans.\nCollaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.\nProvide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to testing teams, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.\n\nStakeholder Communication:\n\nAct as the primary point of contact for all testing-related activities, providing regular updates to senior management and business stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.\nFacilitate communication and collaboration between teams to ensure that testing efforts are aligned with business objectives.\n\nContinuous Improvement:\n\nDrive the adoption of new tools, techniques, and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.\nContinuously assess and improve testing methodologies to adapt to changing project needs and industry trends.\n\n\n

 What you should have:

\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.\nProven experience in managing complex testing projects and release cycles in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong knowledge of testing tools, methodologies, and best practices.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.\nExperience in working with external vendors and partners.\nExperience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana etc).\nExperience in Business performance and analysis (problem solving skills) Leadership experience (global business/technology modeling complex projects) Communication and presentation capability to clearly get across a message.\n\n

I began my journey at DHL IT Services in 2015 as a Senior Application Support Specialist with the Global Rating Engine team. My passion for working closely with the Rating & Billing team fueled my growth within the company, and I quickly advanced to the role of Principal Application Support Specialist. In 2020, I transitioned into a management role, leading the Global Rating Engine team.
