You will ensure the IVR system delivers seamless experiences in Chinese—accurate voice prompts and flawless functionality are key!
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams during Scrum calls to drive quality and innovation.
Design and execute comprehensive test cases, ensuring every detail is covered.
Use cutting-edge tools like Cyara and Twilio to test and enhance IVR systems.
Identify and resolve defects, driving software quality at every step.
Required experience:
Fluent Russian(read, write, and speak) – a must!
Advanced English proficiency to collaborate with global teams.
Solid understanding of the Software Test Lifecycle and defect management.
Experience with IVR tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Bonus: Knowledge of the healthcare industry and testing certifications like ISTQB.
