Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Testing Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both manual and automation testing and have a thorough understanding of the bug life cycle. This role requires expertise in DevOps practices, automation test tools, and open-source technologies. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable working in a hybrid work environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Manual and Automation Testing: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing. Bug Life Cycle Management: Identify, document, and manage defects through the entire bug life cycle, from reproduction to resolution. DevOps Integration: Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate testing processes into continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Tool Utilization: Utilize and manage automation test tools such as Microsoft Test Manager, PostMan, and other relevant tools to ensure quality and performance of software. Technology Stack Proficiency: Apply working knowledge of Docker, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, and other open-source tools to support and enhance testing environments and processes. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to convey test results, issues, and improvements. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and propose solutions to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.Who you are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
In-depth knowledge of the bug life cycle and defect management. Proficiency with DevOps practices and tools. Experience with automation test tools such as Microsoft Test Manager, PostMan, and similar tools. Working knowledge of Docker, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, and other relevant open-source technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Work Environment: Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site as required.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
