Senior TPM Consultant

As a Senior TPM Consultant, you will make an impact by delivering customized solutions and achieve project goals. You will be a valued member of the CPG team and work collaboratively with our teams.

In this role, you will

Work on client projects as a lead consultant to deliver customized solutions. Coordinate and report on critical metrics to monitor progress and gauge success for programs/projects. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, team members and ISV relationships. Drive thought leadership by contributing to industry publications, speaking at conferences, and developing innovative solutions across Planning, Execution, Optimization, Post promotion analytics Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients and projects to ensure continuous business growth. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)

Proven experience of 10+ years in the CPG industry. In-depth knowledge of CPG processes such as Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), manufacturing, distribution, Trade Promotion Management (TPM), and Revenue Growth Management (RGM). Hands-on experience with industry-leading TPM/TPO tools like SAP TPM, Salesforce CAS, Xtel, Telus Exceedra, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and social skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
