**Overview**
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
As a Senior Traffic Quality Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of client campaigns by leading the implementation, monitoring, and optimization of ad quality verification services. You will mentor Traffic Quality Specialists and New Grad Program Associates while also managing your own campaign load. Your expertise in brand safety, viewability, and non-human traffic will help drive campaign performance and enhance operational efficiencies. Working closely with Media Delivery and Account Management teams, you will help optimize campaigns to meet or exceed client goals while providing insights on trends and verification vendor enhancements.
**What You’ll Achieve**
+ Manage and optimize campaign performance with a focus on brand safety, viewability, and non-human traffic, identifying and analyzing performance trends.
+ Implement client campaigns under tight deadlines, ensuring accurate setup and execution.
+ Troubleshoot tracking, creative implementation, and reporting issues, escalating concerns as needed for resolution.
+ Partner with the Traffic Quality Manager to develop and refine processes, tools, and documentation that enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Provide mentorship and guidance to Traffic Quality Specialists and New Grad Program Associates by addressing process-related questions and coordinating learning initiatives.
+ Collaborate with third-party ad quality vendors to manage campaigns, evaluate solutions, and ensure proper reporting and compliance.
+ Build strong working relationships with Media Delivery and Account Management teams, advising on campaign strategy, performance, and optimization.
**Who You Are**
+ 2-4 years of experience in digital media, ad operations, account management, or a related field.
+ Strong understanding of fraud detection operations, third-party ad serving tags, and publisher inventory monetization.
+ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and optimize campaigns accordingly.
+ Proficient in Excel; experience with SQL or Tableau is a plus.
+ Detail-oriented problem solver with excellent communication skills, able to present technical insights to internal teams.
Pay Range: $71,250-$118,750
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
