What You’ll be Doing
Do you have a passion to train and guide others towards best practices? Ready to help people reach for amazing? You'll support and engage new hires and employees in a training environment. You'll make sure each employee is set up for success in their journey by registering associates for their classes and delivering high-quality training.

You'll report to the Manager, Learning & Development. You'll contribute to learners' success through facilitating training programs.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

 Meet training completion goals, deliver excellent employee experiences and manage training logisticsLearn important goals, timeframes, and requirements associated with each training goal and classUnderstand and improve important success metrics associated with training goalsBe an expert on Training Tools, and ensure all training data is reportedCoordinate, analyze and consolidate all necessary data to deliver training following client requirements and company standards

What You Bring to the Role

1 year minimum experience in training or adult learning programs1+ year of experience leading teams to reach targetsExcellence in achieving goals within a remote environment work-settingNurture an inclusive learning environment with your coaching and facilitation skills to lead classesCustomer and employee-focused mindset with call center understandingWorking knowledge of database applications such as MS Office, Oracle, Kronos, or Tandberg
