Ensures management and employees have the tools they need to comply with applicable training requirements. • Provides site training metrics to site management and corporate as needed. • Supports the facilitation of training for managers, supervisors, and leads. • Implement internal academy for staff development. • Assists corrective action board (CAB) by being a member, provides problem solving / resolution • Develop external supplier for specific training for upper manager or engineer (as required) • Develop skill and/or competency assessments (Skill Matrix). • Drives the creation of proactive learning in advance of continually changing business needs. • Develop new process-based teaching methodologies. • Collaborates with the rest of the quality team to ensure that training and assessment activities are aligned and consistent with business requirements. • Promote 5s+1 implementation across the facility. • Develop educational connection to attract new talent to the company. • Writes reports and standard work, performs employee training, and conducts statistical analysis • Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions. • Must be professional and able to handle a high degree of confidential information. • Develop train the trainer programs • Participate in innovation programs to identify improvements. • Launch cost reduction project base trigger per training process • Create a plan to standardize visual factory. • Support and lead Root Cause Analysis. • Lead process and procedure improvement. • Audit special process. • Ensure accuracy on employee training records, providing manual data entry as needed. **Complementary Description** Responsible for defining, implementing and validating the development of training plans required for each position or work area across all functions, according to Safran's guidelines and site specific needs, as well as collaborating with other departments to identify areas for improvement in staff performance and developing training plans to enhance their knowledge level. Strategically lead the development and implementation of effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the workforce contributing to the success of the business. Ensure that training complies with industry and regulations. Conduct training on manufacturing quality assurance, lean manufacturing and SPC concepts and tools, among other related areas as the site. This job reports to the Quality Manager. **Job Requirements** Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional training or related certifications, preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience within quality, industrialization or production environments.
