Senior Training Manager - Enterprise Compliance

This includes needs assessment, curriculum development, delivery methods, and evaluation of effectiveness.● Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of compliance training materials utilizing a variety of formats (e.g., eLearning modules, videos, interactive simulations, in-person sessions, gamification) to maximize engagement and knowledge retention.● Stay abreast of evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure training content is current and relevant.● Partner with subject matter experts across the organization to develop and deliver specialized compliance training programs.● Leverage technology to enhance the learning experience. This could include learning management systems (LMS), microlearning platforms, virtual reality (VR) tools, and data analytics to track progress and measure impact.● Develop and implement creative communication strategies to promote compliance awareness and encourage employee participation in training programs.● Measure and analyze the effectiveness of training programs to identify areas for improvement and demonstrate return on investment.● Collaborate with Compliance leadership to identify and mitigate compliance risks through targeted training interventions.
