We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Training Specialist that is dependable, innovative, self-motivated, and team-oriented to join our Learning and Development team.** The **Senior Training Specialist** is responsible for developing, conducting, and supervising comprehensive training and development programs for employees. This role involves planning, organizing, and executing various training methods to ensure participants acquire new skills, enhance productivity, and improve the quality of their work. This person plays a key role in identifying training needs, developing curriculum, and ensuring successful learning outcomes. This position also requires strong experience in a range of training methods, including classroom instruction, on-the-job training, e-learning, and other instructional technologies. **The individual selected for this role will be assigned to a Monday - Friday work schedule from the hours of 7AM - 3:30PM, with a potential for overtime.** + Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes + Oversee and participate in the development of training materials + Provide input on safety, quality, or efficiency risks to the manufacturing process. + Lead, mentor, and council Lead Technicians and Trainers. + Function as a change agent to drive continuous improvement. + Track metrics daily to ensure that all departments are running effectively. + Recognize different adult learning styles when collaborating with associates and adjust methodology to best fit their needs. + Understand the training requirements for each position in each area. + Recognize the Theory of Operation and the Value Stream, including inputs and outputs, of each process in the cells. + LOTOTO Subject Matter Expert (SME). + Subject Matter Expert on multiple positions/processes in the plant. + Assist operations, as needed. + Always be a role model for safety, quality, and professional behavior. **What makes you a good fit** + Must have a High School Diploma or GED. + Must have proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting. + Must have extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles. + Must have proven ability to master the full training cycle. + Must have adequate knowledge of learning management software. + Must be familiar with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques. + Must be able to collaborate well with people of all levels of the organization. + Must have a strong understanding of the manufacturing, production, and blending processes. + Must be able to successfully manage multiple projects, tasks, and assignments. + Must have an understanding of Lean principles. + Must be proficient in computer skills on diverse types of software, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. + Must demonstrate good time-management skills, as well as the ability to manage activities with minimal supervision. + Must be an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences, including active listening, clear presentation skills, and the capacity to provide and receive feedback at all levels of the organization. + Must have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and improve trusting relationships. + Must have strong planning organizational, and attention to detail skills. + Must have sound decision-making skills. + Must be able to pivot and adapt to a rapidly changing environment. **Some perks of joining Henkel** + Globally wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programs + Gender-neutral parental leave for up to 12 weeks + Employee Share Plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching shares + Annual performance bonus + Employee recognition and referral programs + Career development and progression opportunities to include tuition assistance and student loan repayment + Affordable healthcare plans; 401(k) matched by employer and additional contribution + Family benefits including fertility support, fully paid parental leave, caregiver services + Discounted Pet Insurance + Generous Paid Time Off - sick time, vacation time, holiday time **There is a $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS for this role. The hourly range for this role is $26.19 - $36.38.** This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.
